Shipping Policy

Processing

It usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process an order after it is placed. If you've ordered any video services, these will be uploaded online within 30 days of your order date. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please make sure your contact info and shipping address are correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for anything that may occur due to incorrect contact info/shipping address info on the order form. 

Please check your email for a confirmation when your order has been dispatched (check spam/junk). It may take some time for the carrier's system to update. If you have not found your dispatch email, please email ninjabearscoops@gmail.com and we will check the status of your order.

Delivery

USA: 7-15 business days
International (10-15 business days; some countries may take longer, i.e., 3-4 weeks)

If your package is held at customs, you will be responsible for any communication, fees, and/or taxes involved. Please note that YOU are responsible for VATs, import duties, custom fees, etc.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please email pictures to ninjabearscoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange a new shipment within 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for damage done to boxes--this is the responsibility of the carrier. 

If your order is returned to sender, please note that shipping costs for your order are non-refundable. You will have to pay for a new shipping label.

You may NOT cancel or change your order upon submission of the order form due to limited availability of stock. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted due to limited inventory.
