Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take pictures and send them to ninjabearscoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will review and replace/refund if applicable.
Vacuum-sealed Plushies
Please note that for plushies, we may vacuum seal some items in order to save space in the box. You are responsible for fluffing out the plushies; we are not responsible for plushies that may look different after they are removed from the vacuum seal (no refunds).
